Nutrition/health coaching session for the 1st-time clients. Includes: - in-depth overview and interpretation of all intake forms and test results (if provided) - initial 3-month plan (diet, lifestyle, supplements); the plan can (and most likely will) be adjusted based on how things unfold as you start following the program.
