Yulia Glotzer, MS, CNS® is a Board Certified Nutrition Specialist and health coach with a deep focus on metabolic health and hormonal balance. She holds a Master’s degree in Human Nutrition from the University of Bridgeport and advanced training in women’s health, including a fertility certification from the American Academy of Anti-Aging Medicine (A4M).

 

In addition to working one-on-one with clients, Yulia also trains health practitioners internationally in advanced blood chemistry analysis & interpretation, serving as an instructor for a UK-based professional certification course.

What sets Yulia apart in the corporate wellness space is her unique background in Human Resources. She understands firsthand the importance of supporting employee well-being to improve performance, stress resilience, and energy — especially in the current fast-paced work environments.
